Andrea è stato molto disponibile e gentile. La descrizione dell’annuncio è stata ottima, la casa è esattamente come le foto che abbiamo visto sul sito. Manuale della casa fornito dall’host molto completo, include anche una guida turistica che include tantissime informazioni utili per scoprire il luogo e localita’ fantastiche, incluso le spiagge della zona, a soli 10 minuti Geremeas, davvero bellissima. Anche la spiaggia sotto casa e’ stupenda con un colore d’acqua verde smeraldo, veramente incantevole. Il quartiere è pratico perchè vicino sia a Cagliari (25 minuti) che Villasimius (30 min circa). Sono stata molto soddisfatta e ritorneremo sicuramente molto presto.

Amazing little find, close to Cagliari for a day trip (about 30 minutes by bus, which picks up from outside). The apartment has everything you could need for a long or short stay, from a parasol to beach chairs and a cool box! A clean modern property with large bed and sofa, compact kitchen, large fridge and freezer. The villa served us well, and although the main road is a little close to the apartment, it didn’t keep us awake / bother us in the evenings we spend outside in the porch. Andrea was also really helpful with beach suggestions and guides to the area. Would highly recommend a stay here!!

Wonderful property, better in reality that on pictures, close to many beautiful beaches such as Mari Pintau, Villasimius, Geremes, Kale Moru, etc. The location is great for visiting all the beaches in Southern Sardinia. The villa is close to Cagliari, about 20 minutes by car. The host spent a good time with us explaining all the possible attractions, beaches and locations to visit and also provided and extra cot bed for our baby, free of charge. The house has also WiFi connection with a portable router 5G and air condition, a big plus for us. This villa is a great choice for a nice vacation close to the sea.

The house offered everything we needed for our stay. We were able to enjoy our breakfasts on the peaceful terrace facing away from the roads. There is a nice garden which offers privacy. Conveniently there is a supermarket around the corner, about three minutes walking distance, where you can buy foods and beverages. The house is located in the middle of the southern coast, this is very practical to take day trips to Isola san pietro or Villasimius. We really enjoyed the beach at Torre delle stelle and Cala sinzias! Andrea is a very friendly host who came to greet us at our check out. All in all we enjoyed a wonderful stay and would recommend Andrea’s House to anyone!

Il nostro soggiorno nella casa di Andrea è stato davvero piacevole. La casa è nuova, molto carina e ben fornita (lavastoviglie, phon, stoviglie di ogni genere). La cosa più bella è la veranda fuori dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. La posizione è strategica sia per raggiungere Cagliari (circa 20 min in auto) sia le spiagge verso villasimius e costa rei (Max 40 min in auto). In casa troverete mappe e depliant di tutte le spiagge e altre cose da vedere nella zona. Nelle vicinanze ci sono bar, supermercati e ristoranti raggiungibili anche a piedi. Andrea è stato molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e preciso nel fornire informazioni sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Insomma per concludere ottimo voto sia ad Andrea come host che alla casa. Consigliato vivamente !!!
